We committed to delighting our customers by providing the best quality technically specified natural rubber always on time by using the best quality raw materials. We shall meet the same by suitable infrastructure facilities and use our committed and trained employees by their consistent adherence to the Quality Management System. We shall review and update processes periodically based on strategic direction and context to make sure continual improvement and commit in meeting all applicable requirements. Our quality control department constantly monitors the entire manufacturing process.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
PTR is an accredited ISO 9001: 2015 unit, maintaining International Standard in all its sphere of activities. Processing and supply of technically specified natural rubber. The factory houses a network of highly sophisticated and state-of-the-art machinery for the precise implementation of processing and all infrastructure facilities available in the plant.
ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
No toxic effluents from the unit, wastewater coming out from the soaking and washing of crumb are the only effluents from the unit. The water is proposed to be treated in two phases. The first phase is the treatment plant of the factory and the second phase treatment is at the central effluent treatment facility of the Bodhgunganagar Industrial complex under TIDC, Government of Tripura.
